1. PAYMENT
Teqcoat A/S accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment will only be charged to your account once the goods have been dispatched.
All amounts are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
Teqcoat A/S encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures that unauthorized parties cannot access your card number or other information during the transaction.
2. DELIVERY
Teqcoat A/S strives to dispatch orders placed before 11:00 AM on the same day. Standard delivery of stock items normally takes place within 1–2 business days to the desired ground-level location.
If you are not at home and have not specified a safe place for delivery, the goods will be returned to Danske Fragtmænd. You may then contact us to arrange redelivery. In this case, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Teqcoat A/S arranges delivery via Danske Fragtmænd. Timely delivery depends on their day-to-day delivery service. Any delays caused by Danske Fragtmænd may result in corresponding delays. Teqcoat A/S cannot be held liable for such delays. In cases of significant delays (several days) or non-delivery, a replacement shipment will be sent free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain smaller islands is not covered by the standard day-to-day delivery service and may take 2–4 days. Teqcoat A/S always aims for next-day delivery. Customers may choose an earlier delivery date to compensate. Please note that different shipping rates apply to non-bridge-connected islands. Please contact us when placing your order.
3. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT (WARRANTY)
Teqcoat A/S provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with Danish Sale of Goods legislation, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal use.
The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear resulting from improper use, insufficient maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Complaints regarding defects that should be detected during normal inspection must be reported within a reasonable time. The goods may then be returned for repair, replacement, or, by agreement, refund. Teqcoat A/S covers reasonable return costs in warranty cases.

Returns must also be sent to this address. Please note that packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Processing will be faster if relevant documentation is included, such as a copy of the order confirmation, bank details for refunds, and any prior correspondence.
5. REFUNDS
In cases of agreed discounts, returned goods, or prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, full or partial refunds will be issued.
Refunds are normally made by bank transfer. Teqcoat A/S therefore requires your bank registration number and account number. These details are not sensitive and may be provided by email or standard correspondence.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.
If you choose to cancel your purchase, the goods must be returned unopened, unused, and in the same condition and quantity as received. Once the returned goods have been approved, 100% of the purchase price will be refunded within a few days.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Custom colors are non-returnable.
Notice of withdrawal must be given no later than 14 days after purchase, and the goods must be returned within 14 days thereafter.
Notice must be sent by email to info@teqcoat.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
